Who is Harden Industries？
Harden Industries is a newly created brand name for export business. Since we want to make customers importing work easy and convenience to contact with each other. Our factory in China called ZHOUSHAN CHUANGRI SCREWS MACHINERY CO. Which is a professional manufacturer of screws and barrels since 1990.

What information do I need to provide?
There are two options available for customers to choose from.
1、If you have accurate drawings, you can provide them directly to us.
2、If you don’t have drawings, there’s no need to worry. Just provide us with the external dimensions of the barrel and screws, including the outer diameter, length, and connection dimensions, among others. Based on these dimensions, we will provide you with assembly drawings. These data are crucial to ensure the compatibility of our product for installation.
How soon can I receive a quote from Harden?
Usually, we require 1 working day to provide a quotation if everything is clear.
How can I make payment to Harden after placing an order?
Currently, we mostly accept payment through T/T (bank transfer) or letter of credit (L/C).
How long can I expect to receive the goods after placing an order?
After placing an order, you can consider the following timeline to estimate the delivery of goods: including Drawing Confirmation Time, Production Time, and Transportation Time from Harden to your company. the required time will be clearly indicated in our quotation and proforma invoice, ranging from 10 days to 100 days.
What kind of after-sales service do I enjoy after purchasing Harden screw barrels?
When you place an order with Harden, we provide a one-year warranty. This warranty applies to all single screw barrels when used with pure plastics. We are committed to assisting our customers in resolving any possible issues or concerns in the best possible manner.
